You can not relocate to a character who has summon protection on, nor can
you relocate to any room that is flagged as Lawful, Godroom, No_Magic, Arena
or Private.  There are beacons in New Thalos, Sundhaven, Meadowdale,
Lothian, and Londonia.  Also, there's a beacon in Maztica and the Memorial
Gardens.

A useful alias to make once you have this spell is:
alias rel cast 'relocate' %
Then to travel you just:
rel <friend or beacon>
