Necromancer
The Necromancer. Shrouded in darkness and death, this specialized spellcaster has an array of frightening magic at his fingertips. Armed with the ability to raise the dead on a whim, in many different forms, he can quickly build a small army with no threat to losing lives. To add to their already formidable spell book, these death mages also sport a healthy selection of arcane magics, ready to be deployed at a moment's notice. This proves to be quite an asset since it expands the Necromancer's fighting abbilities as well as making his/her life much easier. Following is a list of things you can do with your raised army: First off, the number of followers depends on your level, so you can have anywhere from 1 follower at level 1 to 10 followers at levels beyond 100. The caster is limited to controlling a number of undead equal to (level+1)/10 (help raise to see the list). Now, how to make your raised army do your bidding? You will need to raise and group those you raise, then you must order them to do that you intend them to do, as in 'order follower assist' or 'order follower enter portal' Examples of things you can order your followers to do: order followers enter portal order followers assist order followers get all corpse order followers wear all order followers give <item> <player or mob> order followers emote order followers <social> <player name or mob> order followers sleep etc. You can order all of your followers or one in particular, as in order 3.follower assist or order 6.follower enter portal (where follower is any of those you have raised). If you have raised more than one kind of followers like 3 skeletons and 5 vampires, you could order 2.skeleton and 4.vampire to do what they must. One exception is PK, you can not order them to assist you in killing another player, nor can they attack another player. Please note that followers have the same limitations as any other player, some can not innately see in the dark or detect invis, or fly, so you must provide them with the means to do what you need them to do. Following the same line, if you want your allies to bash, you will need to give and make it equip a weapon or armor.
