Scout

This skill will display location of mobs in your surrounding area. It's
accuracy depends on how good you are at the skill.

> scout
North: 1 - [2] Beastly Fido
South: 2 - Mercenary

means that there are 2 beastly fidos 1 step north and 1 Mercenary 2 steps 
south.
