+Power words are the most potent of all spells, transforming long periods of
+tedious memorization into a single, sublime burst of arcane majesty.  They can
+only be learned by the most dedicated spellcasters, but they have truly
+devastating effects. No saves are allowed against power words of any kind, nor

+PREPARING
+A power word must be memorized before you will be able to use it.  This is done
