  Artificing is the art of using raw materials and spells to create items of power like
wands, staves and rods. The command word for artificers is artifice. The highest
skill level for being an artificer is 100. For one to successfully make a higher level
item, their skill level must be near to the level of that same item. Accordingly, if you
are successful in making items near to your current level, you will gain more experience
in that profession compared to when you successfully make an item that is way below your
skill level.
