This is a more powerful version of the spell "Raise Skeleton" summoning
a zombie slave.  The raised zombie follows the caster as a charmed 
monster, serving until it is destroyed.  All experience gained by the 
undead servant is transfered to the caster.  There is no time limit 
to the creature's existance, but the caster is limited to controlling 
a number of undead equal to (level+1)/10 (minimum 1).
