When cast, this spell will randomly transport the caster to another room. 
Use with caution.  It cannot be used during a PK fight; if used in the
Arena it will leave the character still in the Arena, though possibly in
a different room.  There are also a number of rooms the spell will never
take you to, including, but not limited to, no-magic rooms, private rooms,
deathtraps and PKOK rooms.

The classes that get the spell teleport are:

magic-user : Level  20 (good)
bard       : Level  40 (fair)
darknight  : Level  80 (average)
wizard     : Level  10 (excellent)
illusionist: Level  15 (good)
