So depending on how long its been since you have played a lot may have changed for you, you might see some new spells, skills, and classes. For the most part the days of searching for rare equipment after reboots is gone. You can still do that if that's your thing but these days the best equipment to use is quest equipment.

But I don't have many QPs!

Well you're in luck because now there are automated daily quests to earn all the quest points you could want.
