Effect: Removes the effects of a blindness spell

Target: One MOB or character

cleric : Level 14 (excellent)
priest : Level 8 (excellent)
monk : Level 25 (good)
bard : Level 24 (fair)
druid : Level 14 (excellent)
paladin : Level 50 (good)
