Elite Bluff

Those who have mastered the art of bluffing in combat
can further increase their advantage by sneaking in
attacks and healing themselves even while performing
feint maneuvers.

Elite bluff enhances the bluff skill such that each
time it is used, it deals damage equivalent to 125%
of the user's DEXTERITY multiplied by a number
between two to four. This same amount heals the user
at the same time. This effect occurs before the
actual bluff maneuver executes, and regardless of
whether it succeeds or not.
