Fire Breath

       Usage: cast 'fire breath' : cast 56 
      Damage: See below
        Save: Save vs. Fire
        Cost: 1 + (8 + level*0.50)*number of targets in room
    Duration: Instant
Casting Time: 33
      Target: All MOBs in room

   This is an Area Affect spell.  If the caster's hp is less than 200, then
the damage is 100+1d100.  Otherwise the damage is 100+1d(hp-100).

darknight  : Level  80 (average)
