This is an Area Affect spell.  If the caster's hp is less than 200, then
the damage is 100+1d100.  Otherwise the damage is 100+1d(hp-100).

The classes that get the spell gas breath are:

magic-user : Level  53 (excellent)
bard       : Level  73 (good)
darknight  : Level  78 (average)
wizard     : Level  47 (excellent)
