Psychic Blast

       Usage: cast 'psychic blast' <target> : cast 99 <target>
      Damage: 10
        Save: Level based
        Cost: 15
    Duration: (level - 50 / 19) + 3 (min 3) rounds
Casting Time: 12
      Target: One player or MOB

This spell attemps to stun an opponent with the force of your mind.  If
they fail their save, they take a small amount of damage, and are stunned,
unable to fight back, for a short period of time.

It is highly recommended that when you learn this spell you use it to stun mobs before you start your spell spam.

The classes that get the spell psychic blast are:

magic-user : Level  22 (very good)
cleric     : Level  36 (very good)
priest     : Level  22 (excellent)
bard       : Level  46 (excellent)
darknight  : Level  17 (good)
wizard     : Level  16 (excellent)
druid      : Level  56 (excellent)
illusionist: Level  10 (Superb)
paladin    : Level  17 (fair)
necromancer: Level  22 (excellent)
