Psychic Blast

       Usage: cast 'psychic blast' <target> : cast 99 <target>
      Damage: 10
        Save: Level based
        Cost: 15
    Duration: (level - 50 / 19) + 3 (min 3) rounds
Casting Time: 12
      Target: One player or MOB

This spell attemps to stun an opponent with the force of your mind.  If
they fail their save, they take a small amount of damage, and are stunned,
unable to fight back, for a short period of time.

It is highly recommended that when you learn this spell you use it to stun mobs before you start your spell spam. Example alias:
