This is the greatest necromatic spell that creates a powerful 
dracolich.  The dracolich follows the caster as a charmed monster, 
serving until it is destroyed.  All experience gained by the undead 
servant is transfered to the caster.  There is no time limit to the 
creature's existance, but the caster is limited to controlling only 
one dracolich.
