Usage: cast 'relocate' <target> | cast 96 <target>
Effect: Relocates you to <target>.

Target: A player character or city portal
You can not relocate to a character who has summon protection on, nor can
you relocate to any room that is flagged as Lawful, Godroom, No_Magic, Arena
or Private. There are beacons in New Thalos, Sundhaven, Meadowdale,
Lothian, Rome, and Londonia. Also, there's a beacon in Maztica and the Memorial
Gardens.
A useful alias to make once you have this spell is:
alias rel cast 'relocate' % \\
Then to travel you just:
rel <friend or beacon>
