This skill will display location of mobs in your surrounding area with a
range of 1 room. It's accuracy depends on how good you are at the skill.

North: 1 - [2] Beastly Fido
   Up: 1 - Mercenary

means that there are 2 beastly fidos 1 step north and 1 Mercenary 1 step 
up.
