Usage: cast 'summon' <victim> : cast 40 <victim>
Save: None
Cost: 45
Duration: Instant
Casting Time: 12
Target: One character

When cast, this spell will transport another player to the caster.
This will not work if the target player has summon protection on, or if
you are in certain rooms, such as PKOK zones.


The classes that get the spell summon are:
cleric : Level 34 (excellent)
priest : Level 26 (excellent)
bard : Level 55 (average)
druid : Level 40 (excellent)
ranger : Level 75 (average)
paladin : Level 59 (bad)
