Effect: Up to full heal, cures blindness, poison, slow, and curse
Save: Target's intelligence
Duration: Instant
Casting Time: 250
Cost: 1000
Target: One MOB or character

Wish is the most powerful spell in the realm. Only the masters
of magic can cast this spell and their bidding is done.
