Elite Poison Blade

A more potent poison can be applied to weapons such
that it spreads within the victim's body faster than
normal, allowing it to deal damage almost immediately.

Elite poison blade deals 1/12 of the victim's maximum
hit points and 1/10 of the victim's maximum move points
in damage to his hit and move points respectively each
time poison blade activates, but only if the victim
fails a poison resist save.
