Target: All MOBs in room
This is an Area Affect spell. If the caster's hp is less than 200, then
the damage is 100+1d100. Otherwise the damage is 100+1d(hp-100).
The classes that get the spell fireball are:
magic-user : Level 19 (excellent)
bard : Level 39 (good)
darknight : Level 44 (good)
wizard : Level 17 (excellent)
