      Target: One MOB or character 

When cast, this spell will cause the recipient to float slightly above 
the ground, using less movement points and avoiding nasty falls. Unlike
fly, this spell will NOT give the ability to enter really high areas.

Levitation is generally considered not as good as fly.

cleric     : Level  37 (good)
priest     : Level  27 (excellent)
bard       : Level  57 (good)
darknight  : Level  32 (average)
wizard     : Level  12 (excellent)
