Lightning Breath

Cost: 1 + (4 + level*0.50)*number of targets in room
Duration: Instant
Casting Time: 33
Target: All MOBs in room

This is an Area Affect spell. If the caster's hp is less than 200, then
the damage is 100+1d100. Otherwise the damage is 100+1d(hp-100).


The classes that get the spell lightning bolt are:
magic-user : Level 26 (excellent)
bard : Level 46 (good)
darknight : Level 51 (good)
wizard : Level 22 (excellent)
