Point Blank Shot

This skill allows the ranger to target an enemy in the same room
with ARCHERY. You must have the archery skill and be wielding a bow 
and holding an arrow to use this skill.

The classes that get the skill point-blank shot are:

ranger     : Level   1 (excellent)
